Internship Behavior & Integrity (HBO/WO)

Are you looking for an internship in the expert field of Human Resources, and especially in the context of International Development? The Salvation Army (Leger des Heils) International Development Services department is looking for an enthusiastic, independent intern to accomplish a behavior & integrity policy paper for the Dutch organisation based on the global framework.
 

What you will be doing As Intern Behavior & Integrity you will be formulating a policy paper that adheres to national and international requirements on behavior and integrity, including the development of necessary protocols and tools such as complaint mechanisms, learning loops etc. The policy will incorporate 1) the global framework on safeguarding of all those trusted to our care, and applicable to our own staff, and 2) the most recent requirements defined by the Dutch government and the Dutch development sector (Partos). The result should be a ready-to-implement policy.

What we ask - Practical information in regards to availability (start internship, duration and hours per week) - Bachelor Human Resources (HBO/WO) - (near) native in English langauage, as English will be the working language - Affiliation with the Christian identity of The Salvation Army and the social responsibility agenda of the organization

What we offer - A dynamic, international oriented and intercultural working environment - Guidance in your internship assignment in coordination with you. - Internship compensation allowance of 400 euro per month, and travel cost compensation when applicable.
